We’re hiring customer service professionals for part-time and full-time CS (Customer Support) work. Are you a service pro and are you available immediately? Are you able to provide voice support (calls routed to you via web applications, not landline or mobile)?
Please inquire if you possess:
-Proficient communication skills (verbal and written).
-Ability to multi-task while using different internal programs and applications.
-Feel comfortable engaging with people over the phone and de-escalating situations.
-Ability to identify issues and create service tickets for issues which are unable to be resolved over the phone.
-Strong beliefs in the ideas of positivity, teamwork, and adaptability.
-Ability to adhere to attendance/punctuality policy.
-Ability to adapt to system/process changes quickly while retaining new information.
-Consistent internet speed of at least 5mbps download and 2.5mbps upload, provided by an Internet Service Provider.
-Ability to sit, work on a computer, and communicate via phone, email and chat for several hours at a time.
*Customer Service Center (calls, email) experience preferred but not required.*
