We need person/persons who can write in English and also in one or in all following languages: Italian, French, German, Spanish. We are working in Europe so we prefer person in similar time zone. We will forward different messages in French, Italian, German or Spanish to you, we will give you English answer and you need to write them into target language again. We can give you access to chat module, where you can see messages and some cases reply directly to them. You can also get notifications via smart phone and reply through smart phone. We have one main criteria, all messages need to be answered in latest 12 hours and in the weekend times latest in 20 hours. System will calculate average response time and it cant go over 12 hours total per weekly and monthly. In the beggining we will set up fix cost and month by month regarding to he volume of work we can increase it. Estimated emails per day for first month is 1 emails per target language.

I need someone to take care of the customer service for my business, we receive about 20 messages a day currently and it's mostly about refunds, broken items, and shipping times. You will also fulfill about 40-70 orders a day with an automated app called Oberlo, and also update tracking numbers on the orders with one click. ( fulfilling 1 order takes less than 1 minute on average ). - You will also be trained to do multiple different task other than email and orders. - You will currently have about 4-6 hours of work to do everyday and it will increase with the time. We are kicking around the idea to outsource our inbound and semi outbound call center operations. We are a cell phone and computer repair company so its pretty simple price quotes. This position will be contract to hire permanent (unless you simply don't want to be hired) -- where US residents will be qualified for FULL benefits from our company while still working from home. Our budget for the week is $300 USD to start. After 60 days on the contract-to-hire review we will revise and discuss an adjustment on price. Inbound includes 70% of calls requesting prices, check on stock level, ETA on repair time. There is another 15% of existing customers just checking status of ticket that the call can simply be transferred to the store. Outbound is very small ratio of calls that do not commit to sale on first incoming call. We call these folks back in 1-2 hours to re-iterate our pricing, see of they found better so we can make them a customer. After you are fully independent on calls and confident on the process you will also begin handling Live chat conversations about sales quotes. You will be required to use these software programs (we obviously will be paying for them), if you are not familiar we will provide unpaid training instruction as they are very simple. 1) AgileCRM 2) RepairShopR You will be required to have a high quality headset. If you do not have a very high end model, we will provide you with one after a few weeks. We need someone to work during our open hours (9AM to 8PM Mon-Sat and 10AM to 6PM Sun). If we cannot find someone to work all hours, we will utilize two so we can be flexible. This job is primarily for North & South American residents. Our clients submit tickets to us through a help desk software (ConnectWise, migrating to AutoTask), tickets must be handled quickly and efficiently, but also with the appropriate "bedside manner" that our customers have comes to know and appreciate from our team.
